Eps sandwich panel  (expandable polystyrene board) is widely used in construction, such as light weight, low cost, low thermal conductivity, low water absorption, good electrical insulation performance, sound insulation, shock resistance, moisture resistance, and simple molding process. Insulation, sound insulation and seismic materials for ships, automobiles, trains, refrigeration, and refrigeration.

Also known as benzene board, widely used in construction, insulation, packaging, refrigeration, daily necessities, industrial casting and other fields. It can also be used to display the production of venues, merchandise cabinets, advertising signs and toys. In order to meet the national building energy-saving requirements, it is mainly applied to external wall insulation, external wall insulation and floor heating.

The sandwich panel insulation system consists of special polymer cement, eps board, alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth and facing materials. A new building construction system integrating insulation, waterproof, fireproof and decorative functions. The technology puts the thermal insulation material outside the outer wall of the building, does not occupy the indoor space, and has obvious heat preservation effect, which is convenient for designing the architectural shape.

Eps foam is a thermoplastic material containing 3-6 million independent closed cells per cubic meter of volume, containing more than 98% of air, due to the small thermal conductivity of air and being enclosed in foam. Can't convect, so eps panels  is a very good material for thermal insulation.
